1. Acceptance

By using Toomzi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Driving safety

Do not interact with Toomzi while driving unless it is lawful and safe to do so. Always follow road signs, traffic laws and real-world conditions. Toomzi is an organisational aid and must not replace safe judgement.

3. Accuracy

Routes, places, costs, vehicle details, reminders and other information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking official and current information.

4. Your content

You are responsible for information you enter into the app and for maintaining appropriate backups where necessary.

5. Availability

Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Purchases

Any App Store purchases or subscriptions are also governed by Apple’s terms. Prices, renewal and cancellation options will be displayed before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

Toomzi branding, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toomzi is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
